Every wiki has a roster of members, and every member has a role. Roles control what people can do inside the wiki.
The roles
Admin: can write and edit notes, manage the members list (approve requests, assign roles, remove members), and change wiki settings like name, language, and visibility.
Contributor: can write and edit notes
The person who created the wiki is its first owner.
Managing members
Go to the members page of your wiki to see who has access and what role they have. From there you can:
- Approve or decline join requests (for public wikis that require approval)
- Change a member's role
- Remove a member entirely
